1. Deliver planned sales volumes, market share and profitability of the region
2. Build customer satisfaction through service network and parts availability
3. Ensure periodic performance reviews and develop Individual Development Plans to create highly engaged and motivated internal team
4..Select and appoint distributors as per standards. Develop a ‘shared destiny’ mindset.
5. Responsible for product strategy, distribution strategy and marketing strategy for the region to achieve CAME
6. Gather and use market Intelligence (local regulations, duty structures, foreign exchange dynamics, homologation norms, regional economic communities, market dynamics - price, competition products/ network, economy, etc., product inadequacies, product quality etc. to achieve planned business results
7. Ensure right balance between company's profitability target and distributor profitability
8.Formulate and implement competency building for the team and network through effective sales training programme
9. Interface with marketing / product management for new product development and product improvement
10. Interface with distributor team and develop marketing calendars and ensure implementation
11. Develop and Monitor Journey Cycles for ensuring effective market coverage for teams
12. Ensure improvement in Distributor Satisfaction Score by addressing gaps in delivery, quality, pricing, promotional support, Training quality, training inputs, periodic reconciliations etc.

Candidates must possess atleast a ITI/Science/Polytechnic/Others/Management/Engineering/Arts & Commerce/Secondary school/Higher sec. school/equivalent.
Atleast 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in .
