Purpose
To lead New Product Development project team (cross functional team containing members from R&D, PED, QAD, Purchase, incl. suppliers) in developing and delivering a new product meeting QCD requirements
Responsibilities:
Eligibility • Qualification – BE / ME / MTech / MBA / MSc • Current grade – B3 to C2 • Experience – 6 to 15 years; • Technical knowledge about vehicle / engine • Knowledge about product development • Knowledge of part and product cost will be added advantage • Awareness on project planning / Experience in project management shall be added advantage JD of Project Manager, New product development • Under customer requirement by conducting market survey • Define project objective, scope and deliverables • Liaison with stake holders in RND, CP, QAD, MKTG, SERV & PED for product & process development • HOQ & TQT preparation • Project proposal preparation meeting QCD requirements • Continuous PDCA for achievement of QCD targets. • Conduct risk analysis and prepare risk mitigation plan • Adhere to New Product Development process of the company • Interface with various function, section heads of allied departments; escalate wherever required • Participate in & drive Problem solving during product evaluation • Participate in various build events & production ramp up • Procurement management - participate in key supply chain issues & resolution
Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent. Atleast 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in . 1 Full Time/equivalent position(s) available.
