Purpose
Enhance role effectiveness of employees by qualifying ahead of role through institutionalized education and training practices in the respective functions /group companies/supplier organization's

Co-create end to end outcome based learning programs & evaluation methods on time


Responsibilities:
Form CFT and prepare project plan
Facilitate workout sessions to review mission, guidelines, processes, Org chart , JD and Competencies
Review /Establish competency frame work
Establish effective Learning programs and implement
Develop effective Learning programs to achieve competency requirements for roles - using technology, media and methods effectively
Implement the learning programs
Establish role qualification system for various roles
Measure the performance & learning effectiveness of the learning programs and do PDCA
Co-create learning programs and evaluation methods through effective use of IDM
Review the effectiveness and PDCA


Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast a Polytechnic/Engineering/Arts & Commerce/equivalent.
Atleast 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in Manager.
