Purpose
"1. Conduct Engine and vehicle testing including on road driving / testing 1. Conduct Failure Analysis, Counter Measures & Report making 2. Execute tests, Failure Simulation & Equipment development 3. Benchmarking and expreimenting new ideas"
Responsibilities:
1. Study, Understand and report the failure and failure mechanism 2. Conduct or execute Engine or Vehicle testing adhering to test standards and procedures. Monitor test resuts and enusre correctness 3. Analyze Test Data (incl. Benchmark data) and initiate actions 4.Daily and weekly work /test plan and execution to achieve monthly target 5.Engine assembly plan and execution by guiding the team members 6. Motorcycle driving on road & evaluate 7. Do benchmarking of competition products and experiment new ideas for product improvments 8. Monitor & Improve Facilities utilization. Procurement of tools and measuring instruments
Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent. Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in . 1 Full Time/equivalent position(s) available.
