Achieve business objective (Customer Satisfaction, Spare Parts billing, Service Inflow, Network Expansion). Build a highly capable, profitable and professional network in the given region.

Monitor and plan strategy to improve CSI ,PSS and NPS scores through customer engagement programs
Achieve spare parts billing and penetration as per the plan
Select and appoint distributors in line with sales counter part . Develop a ‘shared destiny’ mindset.
Monitor and develop strategy for spare parts pricing,flat rate service labour ,service assurance ,CRM with respect to competition brands
Ensure availability of people in all the agreed roles at all times as per the service organization of distributor.Formulate and implement competency building for the distributor team and network through effective service and assembly training programmes
Ensure improvement in Distributor Satisfaction Score by addressing gaps in packing quality,spare parts delivery , pricing, Categloues ,After sales service support (Warranty , Service training quality, periodic reconciltations etc.)
Driving localizations as per country requirement and participate in developing assembly facilities in association with respective dept.(PED,QAD,PRG,CP,Legal)
Drive pre-launch activities for new product launches (completion of CUFT, ensuring proper facilities for assembly , availability of initial parts kit & special tools & trained manpower )
Drive post - launch activities for new products ( Product familarisation to internal & external team, PGM training )
Ensure periodic performance reviews and develop Individual Development Plans to create highly engaged and motivated internal team
Develop and Monitor Journey Cycles of team members for ensuring effective market coverage

Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent.
Atleast 12.00 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in .
