Can lead the BIW CAE durability load cases based on RWUP, New DVP generation based on RWUP, Hands on experience in LS-DYNA, ANSYS, HyperMesh software, Overall understanding of body design, Strong analytical skills on load path, section modulus definations. "Lead & support the following disciplines interfacing BIW design and other engineering teams - Automotive Body structures engineering; - Body exteriors engineering; - - Safety restraints" Responsible for innovative concept generation for Body CAE using advanced up-front proof of concept techniques; responsible for advanced materials investigation with non-traditional applications; design components to suit latest trends in Analysis. Responsible for BIW related CAE / FEA - stiffness, durability, manufacturability, crash simulation using CAE, define road load data acquisition and analyze and use data, develeopment and corelation Work closely with other engineering teams - vehicle integration; chassis systems; powertrain; electrical engineering; manufacturing engineering; supply chain; for collaborative and concurrent development Responsible to develop and accurately maintain working standards and best practices
