• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring • identify critical path activities / alternate plans • Drive activities / plans through project team / CFT • Interface with various function, section heads of allied departments; escalate wherever required • Weekly report & review preparation • Identify risks periodically & make plans for mitigation along with project team • Cost management - BOM costing, target costing, contribution management, Value Engg, track cost periodically; plan alternates to achieve cost & contribution targets • Estimate tooling costs, process related investments & conclude with project team • Budget management • Participate in various build events & production ramp up • Procurement management - participate in key supply chain issues & resolution • Adhere to New Product Development process of the company
