Purpose
1. The position calls for overall Planning and execution by integration of Quality processes across the design and development phases of NPD for Identified New product
Responsibilities:
Participate in Market survey to understand customer needs and prepare HOQ Enable right quality targets ( RDML) are fixed as per market requirements Participate in FMEA and Identify actions for Past products learning's Identify Qulaity risks and plan for mitigation Verify system integration issues for wire routing, cable routing, interaction of exclusive parts with common parts in CAD, Alpha, & Beta Verify stackup tolerance for circlip assy position, float, and sub assy parameters like pistop, fork assy height in CAD, Alpha, & Beta Prepare State of Build (SOB) for alpha and Beta assembly Capture assembly problems, AQI, FQI issues during alpha, beta assy phase and resolve Plan for extreme tolerance study based on TQT and chronic complaints Idetify and install test facilities(at lab and in prodcution) for AQ features and new design to TVSM Verify owners manual and service manual against product spec, service frequency, durability and TQT Plan and complete CUFT with action verifications Facilitate the QP team in process proving till PSW handover Track and take counter measure for intial field complaints (PPFR, warranty, TFV ) Standardise the project learning
Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast a Management/equivalent. Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in . 1 Full Time/equivalent position(s) available.
