Purpose
Design and develop sub systems for products meeting target quality, cost and time • Approve design input sheets of all the sub systems • Develop and evaluate concept proto to meet requirements • Conduct DFMEA/DFM/DFA/DFS on sub systems • Carry out packaging and interfacing checks on systems to meet the requirement • Prepare DVP (Design verification plan) and approve ETR (Engineering test request) • Interpretation of Mould flow, FEA and CFD analysis reports & update design suitably • Process Engineering change Requests • Problem solving by usage of scientific tools • Study design/test standards & deploy requirements to design • Check for IPR and homologation • Conduct FDR (Functional design review) and release drawing • Develop new technology in functional area • Build facilities / test equipment including hardware and software • Prepare / revise design manuals, standards and checklists • Analyse and resolve customer complaints • Ensuring a premium & perceived quality of the relevant sub systems • Plan and implement VA/VE ideas for cost reduction and continuous improvement • Update relevant SOP'

Requirements:
Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent. Atleast 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in . 1 Full Time/equivalent position(s) available.
